WHAT WE DO

The UK Wedding Event are responsible for some of the biggest wedding fayres in Yorkshire.

Our flagship show at York Racecourse features over 100 exhibitors and is staged twice yearly in March and October along with our big West Yorkshire event at Elland Road in Leeds in September.

In addition to these large scale shows, we also work closely with a number of leading hotels and venues in the region to organise more intimate wedding fayres.

Fabulous day, fabulously well run. Seems to me that someone on these reviews is trying to stir up trouble! Everyone I went with, and people I met there, were nothing but complimentary. Keep up the good work up, you cannot please everyone and quite clearly getting friends of them to give a bad review! Ignore them, it was superbly run with extreme professionalism and we were there from start to finish! Can't wait for the next one! Thank you so much.

Went to the York racecourse event this Sunday, I’m a bridesmaid to my beautiful friends wedding and this was my first ever wedding fayre. We were greeted by some lovely vendors whilst we waited to get into the event, and then when we got inside we’re greeted by the smiliest staff going, everyone made you feel so welcome! We grabbed a Prosecco and off we went to the stalls! All the vendors we looked at were incredible, very friendly but not pushy whatsoever which was great! The fashion show was incredible and my best friend got so many ideas for her wedding! The organisers of this event should be so very proud of what they’ve accomplished because this was the greatest day and we hope to be back!

I attended my first wedding with The UK Wedding Event last Sunday and found Rob and Emma to be a fantastic team to work with. The event was very well organised and they were extremely helpful in the run up and on the day of the event. The event was very well promoted, I met lots of lovely couples planning their big days. WOW. Where to start. I have exhibited with The UK Wedding Event a few times now and everything from start to finish is a pleasure.
The team are always on hand and do everything they possibly can to ensure the shows are a success for everyone involved.
They are a lovely company to exhibit with and a pleasure to work alongside.
Rob and Emma really do go above and beyond to help exhibitors and I cannot wait to exhibit at their next show.

Date Change Reminder for Ripon Cathedral Show

A reminder that the big Ripon Cathedral Wedding Show originally planned for Saturday 3rd September 2022 has now been moved to Saturday 11th February 2023.

Regretfully the date was changed after the Cathedral took on a big wedding booking.

All stand and ticket holders can swap over to the new date next year or get a full refund.
